Alumni FAQ

To qualify for the alumni discount, you must:

• Be a Mount Royal University alum
• Request your Alumni ONECard
• Log in to your Cougars Campus Store account using the email address you used to register for your Alumni ONECard
• If it's your first time signing in with this email, we already have an account set up for you! Just complete a password reset to access your new account.

Once you sign in, you'll automatically be eligible for the discount on qualifying items. For a complete list of qualifying items, visit the Alumni page.

Eligible alumni can take advantage of the alumni discount online or in-store!

Online: Log in to your Cougars Campus Store account using the email address you used to register for your Alumni ONECard. View the qualifying discounts on the Alumni page.

If you have an Alumni ONECard and it's your first time logging in to the Cougars Campus Store website, we already have an account set up for you! All you have to do is reset your password.

In-store: Show your Alumni ONECard to a cashier at checkout to receive your Alumni discount on qualifying items!

You can view the qualifying products on the Alumni page. To see the discount for each item, sign in to your qualifying Cougars Campus Store account.

To request your Alumni ONECard, follow the instructions on the Get Your ONECard page.

Please note the alumni discount only applies on qualifying items. If you're not seeing any discounts on the Alumni page, please make sure you're signed in to your Cougars Campus Store account with the same email as your Alumni ONECard account.

If you do not have an existing Cougars Campus Store account with this email address, don't worry- we already have an account set up for you! You just need to reset your password to access your new account. Follow the instructions on the password reset page to complete the process.

Accounts associated with different email addresses will not qualify for the alumni discount.

The alumni discount is not available for current students. However, we have various sales and promotions throughout the year that anyone can take advantage of. Keep your eyes open for lots of great deals and offers year round!

Once you've graduated, make sure to request your Alumni ONECard so you can access the alumni discount and other great perks available for MRU alumni!
